Casey Leigh Creatives operates Unscripted Creator and is the data controller for the personal data described below. Contact us at hello@caseyleighcreatives.com for any privacy question or request.

• Account data — email address, password hash, account creation date.
• Purchase data — tier purchased, transaction and customer identifiers, purchase status, refund status. Card details never reach us.
• Content you create — brands you research, notes, pipeline dates, creator profile details, voice profile inputs, uploaded images, and generated documents.
• Usage data — basic technical logs, error reports, and anonymous rate-limit counters (including an IP address for the free preview).
• Communications — emails you send us and marketing preferences.

To create and secure your account, to give you the access you paid for, to generate the content you request, to provide support, to send service emails, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Where we send marketing email, we rely on your consent and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We share personal data with these categories of recipient:

• Stripe — our payment processor. Stripe processes your payment, handles billing support and refunds, and acts as an independent controller for the order data it holds.
• Hosting and database providers — to run the application and store your account and content.
• AI model providers — the prompts you generate are sent for processing so results can be returned to you.
• Email providers — to deliver account, transactional, and marketing email.

We do not sell your personal data.

Account and content data is kept while your account exists. Delete your account from the settings page and we remove your profile and saved work. Purchase and tax records are retained for as long as the law requires.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. Email hello@caseyleighcreatives.com and we will respond within the period required by law.

Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted to what is needed to run the service. Our providers may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards.
