Unscripted Creator is owned and operated by Casey Leigh Creatives ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@caseyleighcreatives.com.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We handle customer service inquiries and returns directly at hello@caseyleighcreatives.com.

Unscripted Creator is sold as a one-time purchase in tiers. Each tier unlocks a defined set of modules inside the app. Access is tied to the account created with the email used at checkout and is for your individual use.

Parts of the product generate text using AI models. Output is a starting point and is not guaranteed to be accurate, original, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing anything you send to a brand.

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or publish your account access or the product.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or copy the product or its prompts.
• Use the product to generate unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing material, or to impersonate another person or brand.
• Attempt to bypass payment, tier gating, rate limits, or authentication.
• Overload, disrupt, or probe the service or its infrastructure.

The software, design, prompts, and all underlying materials remain the property of Casey Leigh Creatives. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own creator business.

Content you enter, and the output you generate from it, is yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process and store it so the product works.

We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, shared access, charged back a payment, or used the product unlawfully. Where a breach is minor and fixable, we will normally contact you first.

You may stop using the product at any time and delete your account from the settings page. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which allows returns within 14 days of purchase.

The product is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any specific business result, brand response, or income. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
